naomi and the team gave a warm welcome. the location is great and close to transport links for travelling. i found the room clean and quite comfortable. the staff was helpful and friendly towards my children and me.
i had expected a breakfast in the dining room. instead, croissants, biscuits, an orange, and a banana were left outside the room on the floor. i was a little disappointed considering the pub serves food.

A REALLY convenient stay!

The location worked well, especially the transport links right into the main area. Breakfast each morning was a lovely touch, included in the price. It was a nice surprise to have it delivered to the room, given I didn't get much info at check-in. The staff were very helpful and friendly to me and the kids!!!
I think that a little more information upon checking in would improve the overall experience.

The location suited me well. the room was clean and i had no issues . the continental breakfast was a treat. I liked the quietness. a tasty pint to boot. staff were very friendly and helpful.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. kim showed us to our room and was great (i really appreciated this personal touch). the bed was comfortable and i slept well. i found it easy to let myself in and out, and i didn't feel trapped by a curfew.
